- Perfect meat every time
Great little thermo - I've used this for the past year and given several as gifts for the cooks in the family. It reads fast - easy to keep clean and very accurate. I know have gotten my wife to use it and now she doesn't cook chicken until it is a dry hunk anymore! yea!

The reviews of this meat thermometer made me think that this was exactly what I wanted - a thermometer that would quickly give me an accurate reading. I admit that I didn't test it before I tried it on some meat. I did as instructed and the temp. showed as way over what I wanted so I quickly took the meat out of the oven. impossile to get a reading....

There is no way my steak is 350 degrees right now...

When it was 60 degrees outside, just having it turned on with no source of heat/cold other than the air outside, it told me it was below freezing
